Design fees will apply only if:

◉A full session is required to create a custom design.

◉The agreed-upon design is changed at the last minute.

◉Deposit Methods:
o Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or card.

◉Card Payments:
o A 5% fee will be added to all card payments.

◉EFT Payments:
o EFT payments must be made to our FNB Bank Savings Account prior to the
appointment.

o Use your name and appointment date as the reference.

◉ Refund Policy:
o A 5% fee will be charged on deposit refunds if requested within 48 hours.

◉ How to Book:
o Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or visit the studio.

o If needed, we’ll arrange a quick consultation. Please bring all your ideas and
reference material, either printed or on a memory stick.

 Booking Process:
o We’ll send you a booking link to our calendar app.

o A R200 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from
the final tattoo cost.

 Deposit Terms:
o Designing will only begin once the deposit is paid.
o The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or your slot will be
released.
o Deposits are non-refundable for appointments not cancelled or postponed
with at least 48 hours' notice.
o If a design has been completed and initially accepted, any changes will incur
additional charges.

1. Initial Wrapping:
o Keep your new tattoo wrapped for 1 to 3 hours after the session.

2. Hand Hygiene:
o Wash your hands thoroughly before removing the wrap.

3. Cleaning the Tattoo:
o Gently remove the wrap and wash the tattoo with antibacterial soap using
your fingers (avoid using a cloth).
o Pat dry with a clean towel.

4. Moisturizing:
o After 24 to 48 hours, apply a very thin coat of tattoo balm or vitamin A&D
ointment.
o Reapply 2 to 3 times daily until the tattoo is fully healed.

5. No Re-Wrapping:
o Do not re-wrap or bandage the tattoo again. Itching is normal—do not scratch
it.

6. Avoid Certain Activities:
o Stay away from sun exposure, saltwater, chlorine water, and hot baths until
the tattoo is fully healed.

7. Scab Care:
o Do not pick at or try to "wash off" scabs. Let them fall off naturally.

8. Prevent Flaking:
o Use Totem Ink Tattoo Aftercare to minimize flaking during healing.

Healing Timeline:
 Your tattoo will take a full two months to heal completely.

◉ The first week is critical, as the tattoo is an open wound and susceptible to infection.
Follow these guidelines closely for the best results.

1. Arrival:
o Arrive on time or 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

2. Design Finalization:
o The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to reviewing and finalizing your design.

3. Preparation:
o Machine setup and stencil application will follow.

4. Tattooing:
o Once everything is ready, your tattoo session begins.
